This is an action for monetary damages under Puerto Rico’s Dealer’s Act, Law 75,10 L.P.R.A. §§ 278-278d (“Law 75”). Original defendants include Marine Power International, Ltd. (“Marine Power”), its parent company Brunswick Corporation (“Brunswick”) and several unidentified insurers. Presently before the Court is plaintiffs motion for leave to amend the complaint.
