INTRODUCTION
Pursuant to my August 20, 1998 Order, plaintiff filed a Second Amended Complaint to specifically plead the citizenship of defendants Vernieri and O’Brien. The Second Amended Complaint alleges that both Verni-eri and O’Brien are New Jersey citizens. Second Amended Complaint at 2.
