Reversing.
The appellee, William C. Cooper, was a traveling salesman for the appellant, Scott Tobacco Company, his territory for the ensuing week being in and around Paintsyille, Ky., while he resided in Ashland, Ky. His -custom when canvassing that territory was to leave his home and spend Sunday night in Paintsville so as to be ready to commence his work early the following Monday morning.
