JAMES HUNTER, III Circuit Judge:

In this diversity case, we are asked to determine whether or not the District Court abused its discretion in denying appellant’s motion to transfer her case from the Eastern District of Pennsylvania to the District of New Jersey pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) (1982) (“§ 1404(a)”).1 We *379find that Judge Scirica did not abuse his discretion in denying this motion.
