THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon a complaint filed by Jefferson National Bank. The action was originally brought in the Circuit Court of Broward County, Florida, and thereafter removed to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1452 (a), and Bankruptcy Rule 9027. It seeks recovery upon a promissory note, replevin of certain model home furniture, and foreclosure of a mortgage on real estate.
