OPINION
KOCH, Judge.
This appeal involves a claim for unemployment compensation benefits filed by a metal painter who was discharged for threatening a co-worker. The Department of Employment Security determined • that the claimant was ineligible to receive unemployment compensation benefits because he had been discharged for misconduct connected with his work.
