Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed February 20, 2008, which, among other things, ruled that Zurich North America is responsible for claimant’s workers’ compensation benefits.
Claimant was injured at work in June 2003 while pulling a brake lever on a machine. Although he immediately reported the injury to his supervisor, the incident was apparently not documented by the employer. Shortly thereafter, claimant presented to his primary care physician with complaints of shoulder and arm pain, but did not provide a history of the injury. Claimant continued…
