EVELYN V. KEYES, Justice.

A jury convicted appellant, Bob Lewis Smith, of burglary of a habitation, 1 the underlying felony being that he committed or attempted to commit indecency with a child. 2 After finding two enhancement paragraphs true, the trial court sentenced appellant to life imprisonment.
