The accused was tried by a general court-martial in Korea upon two charges each containing only one specification. The first charge alleged a willful disobedience of an order given by *472a superior officer in violation of Article 90 of the Code, 50 USC § 684. The second charge alleged desertion with intent to avoid hazardous duty contrary to the provisions of Article 85 of the Code, 50 USC § 679. He pleaded not guilty to both charges but was found guilty and sentenced to be dishonorably discharged from the service, to forfeit all pay 'and allowances…
