This matter is before the court on motions by V.J. Dawar and Mona Dawar, pursuant to the Right to Financial Privacy Act of 1978,12 U.S.C. §§ 3401-3422 (“Financial Privacy Act”), to quash the administrative subpoenas duces tecum issued by the Office of the Inspector General (“OIG”) of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”).
