Action was brought by the plaintiffs against tbe two defendant insurance companies on. policies of insurance in the sum of $1,000 each covering property held by H. C. Sullivan as trustee, and against which a mortgage existed in favor of the Guaranty State Bank. No objection was made to the defendants being joined in the same-action. Judgment was rendered against the defendants on each of the policies in the sum of $937.24, as awarded by an appraisement had under the terms óf the policies.
