Appellant, Lakeland Healthcare Associates, LLC (“Lakeland”), appeals a decision of the National Labor Relations Board (“Board” or “NLRB”) finding Lakeland in violation of sections 8(a)(5) and (l) .of the National Labor Relations Act (the “Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(5), (1), for its refusal to bargain with the United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 1625 (“Union”).
