These consolidated appeals 1 have been taken from the judgment n.o.v. 2 entered by the trial court in favor of the defendants, Homi Cooper, M.D., Joseph Ferris, M.D. and General Electric Company, following a jury verdict in the amount of $180,000 3 in favor of Craig and Kay Noyes (hereinafter “plaintiffs”) in this action for fraudulent misrepresentation.
