The reasons of appeal assign error in the court’s refusal to charge the jury as requested, in the charge as given, and in submitting certain interrogatories to the jury. One assignment of error is based upon the alleged failure of the trial court to instruct the jury, as requested by the defendants, as to the liability of Mrs. Keasbey by contract.
