STERNBERG, Justice.

This proceeding challenges the propriety of the Bourbon County Joint Planning Commission in approving a plat dividing a large agricultural farm into small tracts.

T. A. Grissom, doing business as T. A. Grissom, Inc., respondent, caused his 107.91-acre farm to be platted and laid off into 15 tracts ranging in size from 4.25 acres to 20.43 acres.
