Plaintiff Gregory Mason brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) seeking judicial review of the decision of defendant JoAnne Barnhart, Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, denying his application for benefits under the Social Security Act. Plaintiff alleged that he was unable to work due to depression and anxiety, but the Administration denied his claim.
