This action was 'instituted in the superior court of Pottawatomie county, Okla., by tbe defendant in error, as plaintiff, against the plaintiff in ’error., as defendant, to recover the sum of $693, the purchase price of 200 half barrels of Barmia. valued! at $6.50 per bar,rel; 24 extra bungs of the value of $22.80, and $21, the alleged value of 7 empty one-half barrels retained by the defendant, which under the terms of the contract of sale and purchase, should have been returned to the plaintiff.
