JOHNSON, District Judge.

It is alleged in the complaint, in substance, that the defendant (plaintiff in error) retained and employed the plaintiff (defendant in error), an attorney at law, and authorized him as her agent and attorney to protect her interests in the estate of her mother, Mathilda Cardoner, deceased, and to take all proper action to prevent one Joseph R. Wilson from securing letters of administration upon and possession of the property of said estate.
