Sehnellbaecher raises four issues on this appeal: (1) Did the trial court err in ruling Schnell-baecher had waived his right to a jury trial and consequently could not demand same as of right; (2) did the trial court err in denying Sehnellbaecher an opportunity to file an amended answer; (3) did the trial court err in permitting the testimony of John Romann to be admitted in evidence; and (4) did the trial court err in concluding the reasonable value of Theuerkauf’s services was $3,500?
