Airman Allan P. James pleaded guilty to using and distributing ecstasy in violation of Article 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 912a (2000). He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, two years of confinement, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to the grade of E-l. The convening authority approved the findings and sentence and granted James 120 days of administrative confinement credit under Rule for Courts-Martial (R.C.M.) 305(k).
