The defendant, Chung Family Realty Partnership, LLC, appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiff, Landmark Investment Group, LLC (Landmark), on its complaint alleging breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and violation of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA), General Statutes § 42-110a et seq.
