MEMORANDUM OPINION

I. FACTS

Presently before the Court in this diversity case is the motion of defendants, Chester E. and Carl E. Drake, pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 60(b), to set aside a default judgment entered against them by the Clerk of this Court. (Docket Item [“D.I.”] 11.) The chronology of events leading up to this motion may be summarized as follows: Plaintiff, Heleasco Seventeen, Inc.
