OPINION
GENE CARTER, Chief Judge.
In this civil action brought under 35 U.S.C. § 146, senior party Andrew seeks to overturn the decision of the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences (the Board) awarding priority of invention in Interference No. 101659 to the junior party, Defendant Gabriel. A trial was held before the Court on June 17 and 18, 1991. As explained by the Board, the interference relates to a horn reflector antenna with an absorber lined conical feed to reduce side lobe levels relative to a main beam.
