¶ 1 Appellant Manuel M. appeals from the juvenile court’s order of August 13, 2007, terminating his parental rights to his five-year-old daughter, Leila, and his four-year-old daughter, Alayana. Manuel challenges the constitutionality of Rule 66(D)(2), Ariz. R.P. Juv. Ct., which provides the consequences for a parent’s failure to appear for scheduled termination proceedings.
