Plaintiff in error brought this action in the county court of Pittsburg county against defendant in error, Mac H. Boss, to obtain a judgment on an open account and a writ of attachment to enforce the payment of same. The attachment was sued out upon affidavit which alleged, among other things, as a ground therefor that the debtor was about to or had disposed of his property with intent to cheat, hinder, and delay his creditors.
