HENRIOD, Justice:

The only matter on appeal here is whether the company is entitled to severance damages in the estimated annual amount of about $400 which’ would be required ■for extra mileage and wages of inspectors or canal' riders, because they could no longer cross the highway, in the face of ■traffic and at right angle to the new freeway that was designed to handle a high speed and greatly increased flow of traffic going in both directions.
