The plaintiffs had judgment against the defendants in the sum of $4,000 for and on account of personal injuries alleged to have been suffered by the plaintiff, Ada M. Coppock, on account of the negligence of the defendants. From this judgment the defendants appeal, and also appeal from the order of the court denying defendants’ motion for a new trial. As no appeal lies from an order denying a motion for new trial, that portion of the appeal is hereby dismissed.
