OPINION
UTTER, Justice.
This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the appellee against the appellant in a suit for violation of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. TEX.BUS. & COM. CODE ANN. § 17.41 et seq. (Vernon Supp 1983) (hereinafter D.T.P.A.). The issues in this case are: (1) the admissibility of certain testimony regarding settlement offers, (2) the award of attorney’s fees by the court in a D.T.P.A. suit when the jury has failed to find reasonable of attorney’s fees, and (3) the award of treble damages in a D.T.P.A.
