1Opinion of the Court

Opinion by

Keller, J.,

This case is the result of a collision between two automobiles. The verdict was for tbe plaintiff, hence in passing upon the defendant’s motion for judgment non obstante veredicto we must view tbe evidence, and the inferences to be drawn therefrom, in the light most favorable to the plaintiff.

A jury would be justified in finding the following facts from the evidence.

Windermere Avenue and Winding Eoad intersect each other almost at right angles. Windermere Avenue is twenty-four feet six inches wide between curb lines; Winding Eoad, twenty-nine feet six inches.
