Action in trespass for damages to automobile in collision 'with another automobile at intersecting streets.

The jury found for the plaintiff. Hence in passing on this appeal we must consider the evidence in the case 031 both sides, and the inferences to be drawn therefrom, in the light most favorable to the plaintiff. Doing so, we think the case wa's for the jury. •
