These two actions of trespass arose out of a right-angle collision between cars operated by plaintiff and defendant at the intersection of two public highways. In the one action plaintiff sued on behalf of himself and his children to recover damages for the death of his wife who was riding in his car, and in the other action plaintiff sued to recover for his personal injuries and for damage to his car.
