Opinion

AGLIANO, P. J.

1. Introduction

Defendants Lloyd and Frances Clark, John and Minnie Taylor (collectively “guarantors”), RCT Corporation (doing business as Monterey Peninsula Ford, Lincoln-Mercury), and Salinas Nissan, Inc. (“SN”; collectively “dealerships”) appeal from orders granting plaintiff Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association rights of attachment. (Code Civ. Proc., § 904.1, subd. (e); unspecified section references are to the Code of Civil Procedure.) We will reverse in part because the court did not resolve claims of exemption by guarantors.
