John Dogariu, a resident of Detroit, had been married to Anna Dogariu for about 16 years. Joseph Dogariu, 26 years old, was his son by a former marriage. At about 11 o’clock p.m., October 3, Í941, John Dogariu sustained injuries in an automobile accident in Arenac county, which resulted in his death a few hours later on October 4th. Following the accident he was removed to a hospital, and, being aware of the seriousness of his injuries, he executed the following will, which was prepared by an attorney at his request:
