Irvine, individually and as administratrix of the estate of Charles F. Irvine, deceased, Terry Lee Irvine, her son, and Marie E. Irvine, defendants, to determine who is entitled to the proceeds of a certain group life insurance policy, which they had written on the life of Charles E: Irvine. Defendants Doris D.
