This patent case is now before the court for decision after trial. The nature of the case will be disclosed in the following observations which the court is constrained to make in respect to the bill and answer in the light of the equity rules of the Supreme Court. What may be observed with respect to the pleadings in this case may be applied to many cases which have been brought since the adoption of the new equity rules, for it has become apparent that solicitors in equity, and especially solicitors in patent causes, have hesitated to conform to the provisions of those…
