This is a bill in equity, filed in the Circuit Court of the United States for the District of Colorado, by George C. Me Coy against Frederick Nelson, for the infringement of letters-patent of the United States, No. 254,998, granted to McCoy, March 14,1882, for an “ improvement in boots.” The bill sets forth a copy of the patent, and of its specification and drawings, at length.
