Relator appeals from the trial court’s judgment denying its requested writ of mandamus. Relator, the Missouri Public Defender Commission, filed its petition in mandamus seeking to compel respondents, the County Court of Greene County, to provide office space and utility services for the Public Defender for the Thirty-first Judicial Circuit.
