This is an appeal from a judgment entered, pursuant to a special jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff, 1 assessing damages and enjoining the defendant’s use and enjoyment of certain of the plaintiff’s trade secrets. The appeal, originally entered in the Appeals Court, was transferred to this court on our own motion. The defendant urges three grounds as reversible error.
