MANSFIELD, District Judge.

Plaintiff has moved (1) pursuant to Rule 37, F.R.Civ.P., for an order compelling defendant’s patent litigation counsel, Samuel M. Mims, Jr., to answer certain questions which he refused to answer upon the taking of his deposition by plaintiff, and (2) pursuant to Rule 34, F.R.Civ.P., for inspection and copying of certain documents. Defendant cross-moves, pursuant to Rule 30(b) and (d), to stay all discovery until disposition of defendant’s pending motion for an order transferring this action, on grounds of convenience, to the Northern District of Texas, except for…
