OPINION AND FINAL ORDER

This matter is before the court on petitioner Richard F. Allgood’s Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. For the reasons set forth below, defendant’s motion is DENIED.
I. Factual and Procedural History
