Plaintiff Eldon Industries, Inc. (“Eldon”) is engaged in the business of designing, manufacturing and selling office accessories. Defendants Rubbermaid, Inc. and its subsidiary Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Inc. (collectively, “Rubbermaid”) are also in the business of designing, manufacturing and selling office accessories.
