Ohio Art Company (“Ohio Art”) has sued three defendants — Lewis Galoob Toys, Inc. (“Galoob”), GALCO International Toys, N.V. (“GALCO”) and Vaughn Associates, Inc. (“Vaughn”) — in a multi-count Complaint charging defendants with violations of Ohio Art’s intellectual property rights.
