Precision Asset Management Corporation (“plaintiff’ or “Precision”) filed the instant *230post-award bid protest on December 10, 2015. See Doc. 1. In the complaint, plaintiff alleges that the Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) failed to fairly evaluate its proposal to manage certain property for the government, and asks that the court direct HUD to reconsider its submission. See id, at 2-3.
