OPINION
MacMAHON, District Judge.
Defendants, PolyGram Corporation (“Poly Gram”) and King Features Entertainment, Inc. (“King”), move for an order staying this action because of the pendency of a related action in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York.
