delivered the opinion of the court:, This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States; Patent Office, affirming the final rejection by the Primary Examiner of claims ! to 6 inclusive of appellant’s application, serial No. 241,736, filed August 14,1951, for a patent on a supersonic *847airplane.
