This is an action by S. J. Sarkeys and Harmon Cox against L. A. Braley, M. F. Manvill.e, Witson Lee and others to recover possession of 80 acres of land located in Pontotoc county. Plaintiffs’ claim of title is based upon a tax deed. Defendants Braley and Manville claim under deeds from the original owners and defended on the ground that the proceedings leading up to the sale and execution of the tax deed are irregular and prayed that the deed be canceled and title be quieted in them.
