A. INTRODUCTION

Presently before us in the voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy case of 641 Associates, Ltd. (“the Debtor”), a single-asset realty partnership, are (1) the Debtor’s request that we confirm its First Amended Plan of Reorganization (“the Plan”) over the opposition of the Debtor’s principal secured lender, Balcor Real Estate Finance, Inc.
