This chapter 12 ease came before the court on May 13, 1997, for a hearing on confirmation of the debtors’ proposed second plan of reorganization and the objections thereto filed by C. Kenneth Still, the chapter 12 trustee (the “Trustee”), Associates Financial Services Company, Inc.
