A INTRODUCTION

Presently before this court in the voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy case of WYNNEFIELD MANOR ASSOCIATES, L.P. (“the Debtor”) is the Debtor’s request that we confirm its Amended Plan of Reorganization (“the Plan”) and a Motion (“the Motion”) of the Debtor’s only secured creditor, the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp.
