This is an action in equity to establish two roadway easements across defendants’ land. Plaintiffs claimed public as well as private easements, on the alternative theories of reservation, implication and prescription. Defendants petitioned for review of the Court of Appeals’ opinion affirming a decree which effectively declared that the public and plaintiffs have a right to one of the claimed easements by prescription. Williams v. Harrsch, 58 Or App 301, 648 P2d 386 (1982).
